Lime Crime has debuted a new line of eyeshadows that are a throwback to the 1990s and have women nostalgic for their childhoods. “Pocket Candy” palettes have been released in September and are offered in three different palette types: Bubble Gum, Sugar Plum, and Pink Lemonade. Pocket Candy are packaged in hard plastic cases with a hard plastic bow on the front of the container. The design looks quite a bit like a 90’s Polly Pocket or similar toy. These are the newest in a long line of fun, colorful makeup designs by Doe Deere, the owner of Lime Crime. The palettes cost $34.00 for a single or the trio can be purchased for $90.00.
Lime Crime is best known for its fun, eclectic lip stick shades that are completely vegan and never tested on animals. Lime Crime was started as a small lipstick line only. The owner wanted to offer colors not seen very often outside of theatrical makeup. The Lime Crime brand is for people who want to explore different looks and express themselves through color. Lime Crime has now expanded it’s line of makeup to include many more shades of lipstick, eyeshadow, instant nails, and a favorite, vegan hair color in many different shades to please any taste. Lime Crime’s website is easy to use and lists items by category or by color group so that customers can see how items look together.
